I ship all items via USPS First Class unless another shipping preference is selected at check out.
SHIPPING INSURANCE : Your jewelry does ship for free however if you would like to insure your package, you can purchase the shipping insurance in my shop. Crystal Lea Jewelry is not responsible for "lost" items if you choose not to purchase insurance.

I want you to love your jewelry as much as I loved making it so on the rare occasion you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact me by email or phone within 14 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and exchange or a refund of the purchase price, less shipping fees.

Returned item must be shipped in a bubble mailer with tracking information with your return so we both know where it is during transit. Shipping Insurance is recommended. I cannot be responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit.
