Returns/Exchanges
I want you to love your jewelry as much as I loved making it, so on the rare occasion you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact me by email or phone within 14 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return or exchange.
Personalized or Custom Orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Returned/Exchanged items must be returned in new (unworn) condition. Items must be shipped in a bubble mailer with tracking. Shipping Insurance is recommended. Crystal Lea Jewelry is not responsible for returned items damaged or lost in transit. Refunds will be issued less shipping fees.
Return Shipping Fees are buyers' responsibility.
